Forest sustainability will be maintained if there is sustainability of the ecological and economic functions of the forest, the ecological function is the fulfillment of forest resources as the carrying capacity of the environment and the economic function of the forest can improve the welfare of the community If the forest is damaged then these two functions will not be fulfilled. This is where community participation-based environmental communication is needed. The purpose of this study is to describe forest functions that require community participation which are grown through conceptual-based environmental communication. This study uses qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research is that sustainable forest development through the approach of welfare and community participation as a social forest concept can be positively correlated with the sustainability of the ecological and economic functions of forest resources, so that the community has a high sense of belonging to the forest which is positively correlated with the importance of maintaining forest sustainability. The need for forest conservation requires good environmental communication that can foster public awareness and participation in institutionally sustainable forest management such as the Community Forest Management Communication Forum (FK PHBM).

Politik sentimen dieksploitasi secara massif oleh kelompok Populisme Islam dalam menyerang Presiden Joko Widodo. Isu-isu yang dipergunakan seperti Jokowi anti-Islam, antek-asing, pro-PKI, diskriminalisasi ulama dan sebagainya diharapkan bisa menciptakan kebencian kepada Presiden Jokowi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pandangan Jokowi terhadap politik sentimen tersebut dan bagaimana dia meresponnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Presiden Jokowi secara personal tidak terganggu secara psikologis oleh politik sentimen tersebut, tetapi dia memandang sebagai isu yang perlu direspon karena politik sentimen berimplikasi negatif terhadap keharmonisan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara. Jokowi lebih fokus menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi politik RASA dalam merespon politik sentimen yang menurutnya juga adalah permainan rasa. Adapun politik komunikasi rasa yang dilakukan bertumpu pada kekuatan personal yang meliputi friendly, santun, dan merakyat.

Tujuan utama public relation adalah membina hubungan internal dan eksternal sebagai pelaksanaan salah satu fungsi manajemen, untuk membentuk kesamaan sudut pandang dan sikap dalam menghadapi kondisi, khususnya kondisi krisis. Opini publik positif merupakan tujuan utama agar terbangun corporate image positif dengan dukungan publik yang positif pula bagi kelancaran program perusahaan. Kondisi krisis perlu disikapi dengan kesamaan sudut pandang dan sikap positif dengan mengacu kepada Kode Etik Public Relation maupun sikap-sikap positif yang sejalan. Selain itu, untuk menghadapi potensi kondisi krisis selanjutnya, perlu diakselerasi kemampuan untuk melaksanakan tindakan reaktif berupa manajemen krisis yang holistic dan terintegratif, dan tindakan proaktif berupa pendekatan stress management, sensitivity analysis maupun predictive analysis. Namun keberhasilan perbaikan dari sisi teknis perlu disertai pula dengan perbaikan paradigma, kompetensi maupun kesiapan seluruh jajaran perusahaan atas potensi kondisi krisis yang mengancam perusahaan

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, many sectors were paralyzed and affected and affected the people's economy during the pandemic. CSR as a form of company activity has become a breath of fresh air for the community during the increasing number of the Covid-19 pandemic that has entered Indonesia. The discussion of this research aims to determine the obstacles to corporate social responsibility (CSR) faced by PT Vale Indonesia Tbk while implementing the CSR program to strengthen local communities in dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. The population taken from this research is PT Vale Indonesia's CSR report during the pandemic, while the sample is PT Vale Indonesia's CSR report for 2020-2022. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. The results of the study show that there are three challenges that hinder the CSR program and three implementations found in the company's CSR program. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, several of these aspects have hindered the sustainability of PT Vale Indonesia's CSR program, namely Community Development and Empowerment (PPM). Where this program wants to involve the community gathering in large numbers for a local event, as well as the existence of licensing barriers from the local government. Overall, the community has greatly benefited from the PPM program during the pandemic and this program has received broad support from the communities within the area.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kontroversi pengeluaran uang Rupiah kertas tahun emisi 2016. Dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui simbol yang terdapat dalam uang Rupiah kertas TE 2016, makna yang terkandung di dalam simbol tersebut, dan bagaimana simbol-simbol tersebut dapat mengkonstruksi makna nasionalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan simbol yang hadir dalam uang Rupiah kertas TE 2016 ialah simbol garuda pancasila, simbol teks Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dan gambar peta Indonesia, simbol teks Bank Indonesia, simbol teks Seribu, Dua Ribu...Seratus Ribu Rupiah, simbol tanda tangan Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur Bank Indonesia, simbol teks Dengan Rahmat Tuhan, simbol pahlawan nasional, simbol tarian daerah, simbol tempat wisata alam, simbol bunga, dan simbol motif batik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat sebelas simbol utama dalam desain uang Rupiah kertas TE 2016. Kesebelas simbol tersebut memiliki makna yang mampu mengkonstruksi makna Autonomous, Unity, dan Identity yang menjadi unsur dalam nasionalisme. Makna Autonomous digambarkan melalui simbol teks Bank Indonesia, simbol tanda tangan Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur Bank Indonesia, serta teks Dengan Rahmat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Sementara itu konstruksi makna Unity digambarkan melalui simbol teks Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dan Peta Indonesia, simbol teks Seribu, Dua RibuSeratus Ribu Rupiah, dan simbol pahlawan nasional. Kemudian makna Identity terkonstruksi melalui simbol garuda pancasila, simbol tarian daerah, simbol tempat wisata alam, simbol bunga, dan simbol motif batik

Indonesian students who take part in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards program in Russia may encounter challenges when interacting with local residents due to the relatively foreign culture, including language. This study was conducted to describe the facts that occurred in the process of intercultural communication during Indonesian students participating in the program in Russia. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case study research methods. The researcher chose to use a case study because the researcher wanted to conduct an in-depth search of programs, events and process activities for one or more individuals who were limited by time and activity. Furthermore, the researchers collected complete information using a variety of data collection procedures over a sufficient period of time. The results of this study indicate a tendency for the contribution of conceptual filters according to Gudykunst Kim's cultural communication model which includes, culture, socio-culture, psycho-culture, and environment that affect the interaction process of program participants while in Russia. Indonesian students participating in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards program who choose Russia as their destination country are advised in advance to take a basic level Russian language course in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana digitalisasi dalam industri musik mempunyai dampak pada pemasaran musik. Hal tersebut berdampak besar bagi para pelaku industri dalam hal pemasaran musik maupun konsumen dalam hal menikmati musik. Layanan streaming menjadi sesuatu yang sangat berpengaruh dalam era digital yang kita kenal industri 4.0. Industri musik tidak lagi dapat bergantung pada produk fisik dan konsumen pun kini lebih selektif dalam menikmati musik. .Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian fenomenologi tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian, seperti; perilaku, persepsi,motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistik dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bagi konsumen adalah mudahnya pencarian musikdan pelaku industri sangat mendukung adanya digitalisasi dalam industri musik karena mempermudah dalam memasarkan musik mereka dan membantu melindungi kekayaan intelektual mereka karena mengurangi pembajakan.

In the digital era, some media use YouTube to distribute their content to get new profit opportunities from social media. This study aims to determine the commodification of workers on YouTube KompasTV and determine its impact on the quality of the news. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach and data collection is carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study found that the heavy work done by media workers and the low wages of media workers meant that the practice of commodification continued. Youtube KompasTV is one of the media's efforts to maintain its existence so that the creativity of creator content is proof of the commodification of workers which provides benefits for the media. Regarding the quality of news coverage, this study found that content creators generally only pursue what is the habit of public consumption, so the news that is broadcast is generally only carried out to meet normative quality standards. This study found that KompasTV content creators experience a process of exploitation, alienation, mystification, reification, and normalization.

This research on the work of the ANTARA News Agency uses a qualitative research approach. The phenomenological method and using critical discourse analysis on news text framing, the study focused on how ANTARA framed its news in the Reformation era and media convergence (from 1998 to the present) by paying attention to news framing in the previous era (Old Order and New Order eras). to sharpen research. This study seeks to explore comprehensive information about how ANTARA's news framing was during the reform era and the era of media convergence, by paying attention to how the same policies in the previous government (the New Order era) sharpened the focus of the research. The results of the study indicate that press coverage, including ANTARA during the New Order era, followed the policies of the authorities, but also contributed to the creation of national stability and the establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) because it did not broadcast news on SARA issues. Meanwhile, during the reformation period, the nuances of the “national vision” or ideology of the mass media, including ANTARA, tended to diminish. In accordance with its historical role for the state, ANTARA in the future can and needs to carry out the function of press diplomacy in an effort to improve Indonesia's image in the international world. Meanwhile, ANTARA's true dedication and loyalty is not to the government (the rulers), but to the state, in this case the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

This article discusses the firehose of falsehood propaganda that occurred in Indonesia, in the presidential and vice presidential elections in 2019, was a political campaign strategy that was know effective sufficient to achieve one goal such as what Donald Trump did in elections in the United States of America. The social media burgeoned was so enable for every candidate to use the firehose of falsehood propaganda technique without exception in Indonesia. In the case of the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections, we can see how campaigns are used on social media such as the spread of hate speech, the emergence of the term kampret, cebong, anti-islam, boyolali,PKI, to hoaxs issues, and so on. What is conveyed contains a minimum of a work program to be achieved, this shows that the two pairs of candidates each use the firehose of falsehood propaganda technique to achieve their goals. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which constructivism paradigm which aims to describe a social phenomenon under study. The date collection method by interviewing, analyzing documentsand using the case study method in the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections in Indonesia.

Terrorism and radicalism as crimes are quite dangerous because they threaten security, property and life. The claim that terrorism and radicalism makes fear was tested in this research. The theoretical study of this research is the Social Information Processing theory and the Uses and Gratifications theory. The research method used is quantitative data processing with the independent variable internet network information content and the dependent variable is the fear and moral panic police officer (Indonesian Nasional Police). Survey research was conducted at the Surakarta Police (Polresta Surakarta) with 100 respondents as police officers. Research using simple linear regression model statistical data. The research findings show that there is no influence of internet network information content on issues of terrorism and radicalism on feelings of fear and panic among police officer. If there is a very small possibility, only 25.6%. The use of information technology by Police officer in the field is sufficient and sufficient to anticipate cases of terrorism and radicalism. The most powerful element seen by police officers regarding terrorism and radicalism is the narrative of the information presented which often does not make sense in the minds and thoughts of the police in the field.

This research is a scientific analysis of media which is closely related to social practices that occur in society as well as representation of gender identities in digital media. This research was conducted to determine the discourse of self disclosure, physical and appearance performativity, homosexual talk performativity, and sexual activity performativity displayed by lesbian (andro) on her new media accounts (Tik Tok) and how Tik Tok is interpreted as a medium of resistance lesbians today. By using a qualitative research methodology, this study puts itself in a digital ethnographic approach. The data collected in this digital ethnographic study is in the form of in-depth and comprehensive observations of 227 video content uploaded by creators, making transcripts on each content then categorized, and conducting analysis in accordance with research objectives. Through audio-visual that legitimize their performativeness, from here, their identity is formed, reshaped, displayed, and conveyed to the mass audience through self-disclosure. Thus, this actualization event leads to resistance. The body is not only understood as a plate on which sexuality and gender are formed, but gender and sexuality itself are labeled into the body. Identity, then, is formed performatively through discourse. Gender identity is an effect produced by individuals because it displays gender act practices.

Previous research also shows that social media has positive and negative roles related to interpersonal relationships and mental health. The social media used significantly increases social capital and mental well-being, which benefits people with low self-esteem and life satisfaction. Some psychotherapists even use an Instagram platform as their therapeutic medium. This preliminary study frameworks are Stuart Halls reception theory, the concept elaborations of social support and online social support, as well as a discussion of the character of social media, Instagram. This paper is based on a qualitative research with data from interviews with 3 female informants on 20-29 years old and gethappy.id account followers. This research succeeded in identifying 2 receptions that emerged from the female group of Instagram account followers gethappy.id. The dominant reader comes from informants who have severe physical health problems and mental health problems related to these physical health problems. Meanwhile, negotiating reader arise from informants who do not have personal physical and mental health problems, but who have a social environment with physical and mental health problems. Another important finding is that the main social support remains family and friends. Social media support is needed when the two main social supports are not present.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan Strategi Marketing Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Brebes dan mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang di hadapi Dinas Pariwisata dalam memromosikan objek wisata di Kabupaten Brebes terutama objek wisata Mangrove Pandansari serta untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Brebes dalam memromosikan Objek Wisata Mangrove Pandansari. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam sebagai metode utama pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kontruktivisme dalam memandang permasalahannya. Model yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 step public relations dan Konsep Marketing Public Relations. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata dalam memromosikan objek wisata mangrove pandansari lebih menggunakan media sosial, selain itu faktor pendukung dalam memromosikan objek wisata Mangrove Pandansari yaitu dengan adanya duta wisata atau IFDWB (Ikatan Forum Duta Wisata Brebes) hambatan yang di peroleh adalah kurangnya anggaran untuk membentuk stimulan masyarakat untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan pariwisata.

Muhammadiyah is one of the largest Islamic organizations in the world. In the midst of the development of social media, YouTube has become one of the choices for Muhammadiyah's da’wah media. SketsaMu is one of the da'wah video rubrics on the Muhammadiyah YouTube Channel (Muhammadiyah's official YouTube). This research focuses on the management of YouTube content production in the SketsaMu rubric. This study uses the concept of Eli M Noam about the key factors for the success of media production, there are, risk reduction, product development and organizational structure. This research use case study with qualitative research method. Data collection uses interviews, observations and documentation. This study found that the first concept of reduction is by adjusting the target audience and distributing the platform. The second concept is in the product development process, namely by writing, editing, revising and developing programs. The last factor of the organization is still not implemented optimally, all production processes to distribution are still carried out by one team, so the workload becomes a lot.

This study aims to know the direction of democracy and know the framing of news in Republika.com and Kompas.com, as well as the implications of the dissolution of FPI to development communication. The uniqueness of this research, FPI is a mass organization with a large number of masses but does not have an organizational license. This study uses the paradigm of constructionism, which considers the reality of social life is not a natural reality. Using the Robert N. Entman method to frame news stories coming from Republika.com and Kompas.com. The difference in framing in Kompas.com media and Republika.com is the news source. Republika.com choose a news source from an Islamic background, while Kompas.com choose a news source who is competent in his field is not based on his religion. In the first framing analysis, the level of problem identification and causal interpretation, the two online media have similarities. However, in terms of moral evaluation and treatment recommendation both media have differences. In Republika.com researchers analyzed treatment recommendations is the rejection of FPI activities. FPI has no legal standing. Kompas.com, his treatment recommendation consideration of the dissolution of FPI is to maintain the existence of ideology and basic consensus of the state of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Basically, the right to organize is a constitutional right. If there is no fundamental reason, the dissolution of a community organization should not exist. However, FPI is an organization that offers intolerance in the religious field.

Migrasi besar-besaran masyarakat dalam penggunaan media baru nyatanya berdampak cukup signifikan terhadap timbulnya beberapa gejala sosial terutama pada anak-anak usia sekolah. Media baru memiliki sisi positif jika digunakan secara bijak namun akan berdampak destruktif jika penggunanya tidak teredukasi dengan baik. Sebagai salah satu pendidikan formal, sekolah menjadi institusi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perubahan perilaku anak termasuk salah satunya mengedukasi anak-anak untuk menggunakan media baru secara bijak. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi, peluang, dan hambatan dari diskursus pendidikan literasi media digital bagi peserta didik maupun tenaga pendidik di sekolah tingkat dasar. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Belajar Sosial Bandura untuk menganalisa jawaban dari sejumlah guru dan siswa di Jakarta yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskursus literasi media digital telah sampai menjadi penting untuk diintegrasikan kedalam kurikulum Pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang cukup besar dan penyesuaian terhadap regulasi yang ada.

Pertarungan pemaknaan tentang apa itu informasi menjadi sesuatu penting untuk dibahas di era digital. Dengan memahami apa itu informasi tentu akan menjejakkan landasan dasar mau kemana perkembangan dunia digital yang ada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep informasi dilihat dari berbagai sudut disiplin ilmu. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian sistemik model dari Shannon and Weaver dengan pendekatan komunikasi cybernetika, konsep Sistem Temu Kembali Informasi dan teori perilaku penggunaa informasi (Information User) yang lebih kepada imbas perilaku pengguna informasi dan audiens (Netters). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi model framing dari Gamson and Modigliani. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa informasi tidak bisa dipahami berdiri sendiri. Jelas bahwa konsepsi informasi adalah hasil interaksi antar muka yang tidak bisa disamakan dalam konteks pesan atau data yang sederhana seperti selama ini dipahami keliru oleh banyak pihak dalam dunia digital.

Over the last few years, local Indonesian cosmetic brands have begun to raise diversity themes in their marketing strategies through social media; one of them is Feyrely. The social media platform used by Feyrely to communicate as part of its marketing strategy is Instagram. This journal aims to analyze whether Feyrely has reflected on the diversity aspects in their Instagram and described the aspects of diversity delivered. The analysis was done using the method of content analysis and interviews with representatives of Feyrely. In this study, the aspects of diversity that will be used to analyze the suitability of content with the concept of diversity are the second (internal) and third (external) layers of the model, because the representation of these aspects can be identified visually through photos/videos and Instagram captions. The results of the observations show that from the 16 aspects of diversity, Feyrely only displays aspects of age, physical ability, race, religion, and appearance. So Feyrely has not presented them widely. Most of the diversity aspects displayed are aspects of the second layer, racial diversity.

The phenomenon of women's movements is still not common in the ears of Indonesian society, but in fact the previous women's struggles have brought freedom over their rights to women today. So that the existence of women is no longer considered low. Because women are present in every line, both in education, politics and socially. This study, with the "Study of the Construction of the Meaning of Women Movement for KOPRI in Karawang Regency" uses a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach, because in this study the researcher wants to find out a problem and also a phenomenon that comes from the experience of the informants directly experienced, and also looking to find out about the motives, meanings and experiences of female movements. The theories used in this research are Symbolic Interaction Theory, Phenomenology Theory, and Social Reality Construction Theory which is the basis for researchers in conducting this research. The results obtained after obtaining data from informants regarding the meaning of women's movements according to their point of view are when women can provide benefits and also when women are the spearhead of civilization. The meaning they express is based on their experiences who have carried out humanitarian actions such as raising funds and volunteering for disasters and also opening a reading room as a means of reading for the people of Karawang in the hope of arousing the spirit of reading the Karawang people.

PEMBERITAAN MENGENAI POLRI DALAM MENGHADAPI PEMILU SERENTAK 2019 PADA MEDIA SURAT KABAR ONLINE

Artikel ini mengkonstruksi pembingkaian pemberitaan Polri pada mediaonlineuntuk melegitimasi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan secara konstitusional. Penelusuran dibatasi hanya pada 35 publikasi selama 2018-2019,menggunakan metodologi kualitatif studi kepustakaan dan dokumenter dengan paradigma konstruktivis, teori media massa dan kajian teoriframingmodel Gamson dan Modigliani. Penelitian berfokus pada tema kunci model pemberitaan/wacana yang kerap disuguhkan mediaonlinelokal berbahasa Indonesia, dan tantangan yang direspon kehumasan Polri menghadapi pemilu era demokrasi digital. Ada ada 7 tema sentral yaitu netralitas TNI dan Polri; strategi; antisipasi Polri; partisipasi masyarakat; titik kerawanan terkait masalah hoaks, SARA, politik identitas,black campaign); kinerja dan publikasi; dan peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat. Bersama TNI, Polri perlu ingin menjaga soliditas dan netralitas menghadapi permasalahan sosial dan politik dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar titik-titik kerawanan di daerah pemilihan dapat diatasi, termasuk tantangannya ke depan. Transparansi kinerja dan publikasi Polri yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri.

PERSEPSI WISATAWAN MANCANEGARA TERHADAP BRAND PARIWISATA WONDERFUL INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan mancanegara tentang brand Wonderful Indonesia. Persepsi diukur melalui elemen-elemen dalam brand Wonderful Indonesia yang terdiri dari keindahan alam, budaya Indonesia, keramahan masyarakat, makanan dan nilai keuangan. Sejumlah 110 wisatawan telah diwawancara sebagai responden dengan menggunakan satu set kuesioner. Hasil kajian mendapati bahwa sejumlah 61% wisatawan tidak mengetahui brand Wonderful Indonesia karena sedikit mendapat terpaan akan brand ini. Secara umum, mayoritas responden mempersepsi bahwa alam Indonesia indah, kebudayaan menarik, masyarakat yang ramah, makanan yang baik dan nilai keuangan yang murah bagi para wisatawan.

Almost all Indonesian people currently use WhatsApp. The number of users of this instant messaging application makes Indonesia the third largest WhatsApp user in the world. Not just for chatting, Indonesian people currently use WhatsApp for many things, one of which is sharing news or information through forwarded messages. Previous research has shown that forwarded messages activity on WhatsApp is prone to hoaxes. Similar research has also been done, but to see activity in general, not specific to the activity of forwarded messages. Therefore, this study wants to fill this void by looking at forwarded messages activity across different ages and genders. Using the decision tree method and the Bayesian network algorithm, this study analyzed 63 documents of the participant's WhatsApp group conversation history. This study found that generation X and baby boomers are the two generations who send the most forwarded messages on WhatsApp. Meanwhile, related to gender, researchers did not find a significant difference in forwarded messages activity.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia, most of the affected companies have tried to limit the space for activities in the office and change the work system of their employees to work more from home or, in other terms, the Work From Home (WFH) work system to reduce the risk of transmission. Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to describe how the function of organizational communication in implementing the WFH work system that occurs to employees, especially in private companies in Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The qualitative research approach collects data from interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study illustrate that since the implementation of the WFH work system during the Covid-19 pandemic, the informative, regulatory, persuasive, and integrative organizational communication functions for employees have continued to run but have encountered various obstacles, such as the informative function relies heavily on online media communication in disseminating, discussing and provide work instructions between superiors and subordinates. The regulatory function is still considered less than optimal by employees regarding eligibility criteria, means of communication, and compensation for employees who have to work full time from the office. Likewise, the leadership's persuasive function is still not running, especially in making immediate decisions and monitoring the quality and discipline of employees. Meanwhile, the integrative communication function is carried out entirely through the internet.
