Analisis Pemilihan Pemasok Industri Pipa Baja Menggunakan Metode Hybrid

Abstract


Pemilihan pemasok merupakan keputusan strategis yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja operasional dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang industri manufaktur. Industri pipa baja di Indonesia menghadapi peningkatan permintaan bahan baku yang disertai dengan tuntutan kualitas, ketepatan pengiriman, dan komitmen pemasok yang semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan metode hybrid dalam pemilihan pemasok yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan inkonsistensi pada metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan AHP dengan pendekatan jalur Hamilton untuk mengurangi jumlah perbandingan berpasangan sekaligus menjamin konsistensi matriks perbandingan. Data diperoleh melalui penilaian pakar dan studi kasus pada perusahaan industri pipa baja di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode hybrid menghasilkan nilai rasio konsistensi yang mendekati nol, sehingga bobot kriteria yang diperoleh lebih valid tanpa memerlukan iterasi berulang. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode hybrid mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan pemasok. Metode ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu pengambilan keputusan yang aplikatif bagi perusahaan manufaktur dengan permasalahan evaluasi pemasok multikriteria.
