STRATEGI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MEMBANGUN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sumber daya manusia dalam membangun kecerdasan emosional karyawan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Sarana Media Investama. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap karyawan dari berbagai divisi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui regresi serta path analysis untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecerdasan emosional karyawan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara profesionalisme kerja dan kecerdasan emosional. Pemimpin yang inspiratif, visioner, dan peduli mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang suportif dan meningkatkan stabilitas emosional karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan strategi sumber daya manusia tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga oleh kualitas kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan iklim organisasi yang berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter emosional positif. Perusahaan disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai bagian dari strategi penguatan kecerdasan emosional karyawan.
