Moestopo Journal of International Relations (MJIR) was founded in 2021 by Program Studi Hubungan Internasional, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP), Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta, and is published by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (Puslitdianmas) FISIP. The journal was established to provide a scholarly outlet for research on international affairs conducted in Indonesia, and to give students and early-career researchers a route into peer-reviewed academic publishing. MJIR has appeared twice a year, in March and September, since its first volume in 2021.
