Publika: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik ISSN 2089-3701 (print) and ISSN 2776-4087 (online) is a scientific publication of research results for the field of Administration and policy published by Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), twice a year June and December.

Publika: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik publishes original research articles, conceptual studies, policy analyses, and scholarly reviews in the fields of public administration, public management, and public policy.

The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following topics:

Public policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation;
Public administration theory and administrative reform;
Public management and public-sector performance;
Development administration and sustainable development;
Public organization, bureaucracy, and civil service management;
Regional autonomy, local government, and village governance;
Good governance, clean governance, and collaborative governance;
Public service quality, innovation, and digital public services;
Government ethics, accountability, transparency, and integrity;
Digital government, smart governance, and administrative innovation;
Public participation, stakeholder engagement, and intergovernmental relations.

The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies that contribute to the development of public administration, governance, public services, and public policy at the local, national, and international levels.

Publika: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik has been nationally accredited as a SINTA 3 journal based on the Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Decree Number 355/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026, dated 24 July 2026. The SINTA 3 accreditation is valid from Volume 9, Number 2, 2023, through Volume 14, Number 1, 2028.
