Implementasi Lean dan Penilaian Teknologi untuk Peningkatan Performa Operasional

Abstract


Industri manufaktur menghadapi tekanan yang semakin besar untuk meningkatkan performa operasional terkait efisiensi biaya, lead time, dan kualitas produk. Lean manufacturing banyak diterapkan untuk mengeliminasi pemborosan, namun efektivitasnya sering terhambat oleh sistem pengukuran kinerja dan kesiapan teknologi yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi lean dan kapabilitas teknologi sebagai dasar peningkatan performa operasional pada Pabrik Foundry PT Remula Inti Rekayasa. Kerangka penelitian menggunakan pendekatan terintegrasi antara lean assessment dan technology assessment. Kinerja lean diukur melalui penilaian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang didukung fuzzy logic, sedangkan kapabilitas teknologi dinilai dengan pendekatan technometric melalui Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC). Root cause analysis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kinerja utama dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas waktu dan sumber daya manusia merupakan dimensi lean paling kritis, sedangkan infoware menjadi komponen teknologi terlemah. Usulan perbaikan meningkatkan nilai leanness, TCC, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), serta menghasilkan penghematan biaya operasional bulanan.
