The Moestopo Journal of International Relations (MJIR) has recently completed a transition in its editorial management. The incoming editorial team has now resumed full operations, and the journal's submission, review, and publication processes are active again.

We apologise to our authors, reviewers, and readers for the disruption to the journal's publication schedule during this period, and for the delay this caused to manuscripts awaiting a decision. We regret the inconvenience it created for those who entrusted their work to us.

Volume 6 (2026), comprising both the March (No. 1) and September (No. 2) numbers, will be published in September-November 2026.

Manuscripts currently in the system are being reviewed by the new editorial team. Authors with submissions under consideration will be contacted directly regarding the status of their manuscripts. We are grateful for the patience shown by authors and reviewers throughout the transition.

MJIR continues to welcome submissions in international politics, international political economy, world politics, area studies, security, and diplomacy. Submission guidelines are available under Author Guidelines.
