Pelayanan Publik Digital Sebelum dan Setelah Pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia

Abstract


Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 atau COVID-19, mempercepat adopsi layanan publik digital di Indonesia. Dengan diberlakukannya aturan jaga jarak sosial, banyak fungsi pemerintahan yang beralih ke sistem online. Di bidang kesehatan, telemedicine dan platform konsultasi online dikembangkan untuk memungkinkan pemeriksaan pasien dari jarak jauh sekaligus mengurangi risiko penularan virus. Di bidang kesejahteraan sosial, bantuan keuangan dan bantuan pangan semakin banyak disalurkan melalui platform pembayaran digital.  Tidak ketinggalan, konten pendidikan disediakan melalui aplikasi seluler saat sekolah diliburkan.
