PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI DI INFRASTRUKTUR NEGARA BERKEMBANG

Abstract


Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tumbuh bersamaan dan keduanya saling berdampak satu sama lain, satu perspektif kehidupan yang memiliki dampak langsung terhadap orang lain juga adalah budaya. Dalam penelitian berbasis literatur ini, kita akan melihat implikasi dari pernyataan tersebut, untuk membuatnya jelas, peneliti akan membagi penelitian ini menjadi tiga bab utama. Yaitu e-government, peran teknologi komunikasi, dan aplikasinya. Peneliti menggunakan jurnal-jurnal berskala internasional yang mengangkat isu penggunaan teknologi komunikasi dalam infrastruktur. Diskusi dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan ragam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di berbagai negara seperti Sri Lanka dan Bangladesh, beserta dengan bahasan keefektifan penggunaan tersebut hingga regulasi dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta penggunaan bahasa Ibrani sebagai bahasa global dalam internet yang mulai ter-desentralisasi oleh penggunaan bahasa oleh masing-masing negara, seperti bahasa arab dalam coding sistem webview di negara Arab Saudi
